About Me
First of all, I want to thank you for stopping in at my website.

My back story
I have been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. I grew up on a farm on the BC Sunshine Coast.
My mother was a stay-at-home mom, running an animal feed store, small hobby farm & a grooming shop.
She has always told me the story about how her grooming customers would ask if
"that l'il cutie" was around, so they could be greeted with a smile and help groom their dog.
I have very fond memories of helping my mother in her grooming shop, bathing dogs, and helping her
brush them out before and after being clipped. I would get a $1.00 "tip" for helping my mom, and I was over the moon with excitement to help her out. I guess you can say I followed in my mother's footsteps
when I became a dog groomer.

I have such a passion for grooming that it has now turned into my career.
I have been grooming dogs for 8 years, and love it because every day is different.
They always say "do something you love because then it's not truly work." Well, I can honestly say that with grooming, that is the case. I love what I do, and it reflects very much in the job that I do.
I have experience with working at a vet office, as well as working in a dog kennel. I have also worked for a other groomers, and learned a lot along the way. With being a groomer, you can never learn too many new things or new techniques.
I have two beautiful boys, so working from home gives me the opportunity to
spend as much time with them as possible. I am so grateful every day that I have been able to gain so much experience as a groomer over these past 8 years. It was with the help of many that I am the groomer (and person) that I am today.
I am fortunate to be at a place in my life that I can work in my own shop. Grooming has made me learn patience and trust, as you need both to be able to do this job. As well, along this journey of life I have met clients who have become close friends.

I hope to create a bond, not just between myself and your dog, but with you, as well, It is so important to create trust and honesty when it comes to a member of your household. I know myself that my dog is part of my family, and gets treated as such.
I hope that I can meet all your doggie's needs in the grooming aspect of their life. I so look forward to meeting both you and your furry companion!
